if they've got any major material events in progress, it's my understanding management cannot buy on the open market. they CAN purchase shares, however, the very moment that news is released. it will be interesting to see what happens from here.

Tony should accumulate/buy the debt holders shares so the bidders don’t have to “buy” them at lower and lower bids.
