Zeev, there is also a huge team of lawyers that have to approve every target,we do go out of our way to avoid civilian casualties, that can't be said by many,if any at all.

I don't know, Zeev.... It seems like they are all playing a big foreign policy game, and we don't really know the stakes or the rules... This is a huge diplomacy loss for the US, and we are viewed as the villains. There is "collateral damage" to the US in the long run.... It seems we have many more "enemies" than originally thought....

Oddly enough, we are now hearing about the perils of a world with only one "super power". Which bring me back to the rather "haunting" conversation I had right before the WTC tragedy - regarding the end of the Cold War as a very destabilizing event... The USSR was the "enemy we knew".... Now I'm not sure what to make of the whole geo-political situation....But we don't seem to have many "friends" and the anti-American animosity is overwhelming.... One can only wonder, how did it get like this.....

Zeev...

Welcome aboard. It is interesting, especially in light of a lot of comments made on this board, that the latest polls showing overwhelming support of taking Saddam out, and doing it now - with or without the UN.

Agree with your hawkish stance (finally). [G]

Very typical behavior for the French, imo.
