that is interesting Carlos is on the agenda from 1:15- 1:145 yet their PR last week specifically said Bryan would be speaking. My guess is Bryan spoke And Carlos was listed because that is who they listed back when they had to register forthe event. I've been wondering which company BB&T uses to rate their bonds. I work near KBR's Delaware site that will be handling final engineering. May have to stop by.
