I just spent the last hour reviewing their last 10Q (SWTX) and last quarter as well. They seems to be under a continuous cloud. Grant you, at $.56/share, maybe a lot is discounted, but they have a potential problem with their automotive business if a European patent is let stand. Their display business is going down, they lost their anti reflective business, the number of shares blew up to 25 MM and if they need more financing (a likelihood), it may continue to blow up. I keep it on my screen to see some final exhaustion selling, but the last new low post earning did not produce excessive volume by historical standards. I would still stay away from that one.
