They have no cash (CRII) and a burn rate of $2.5 to $3 MM per year. They are chronically short of cash, and I really do not see how they can launch their products. I would not touch CRII with a ten foot pole, unless you can show me how they can raise the $3 to $5 MM they really need to get their show on the road.
