I noticed that too Jim, but I'm at a loss at to what it means. Any ideas?

BTW, here is a comparison chart of NDX & COMP since the Bear began. The NDX held up better than the COMP until the fall of 2001, when they switched positions. Maybe they are beginning to switch again, but if so the question remains, why?
