Everybody is concerned about the PPS of this POS PCFG, which is not going to go anywhere.
What about the float? If they talked about reducing the float from 5 billion to 3 Billion, then the float after reverse split should be 150 Million Shares ( if you 5 Billion float, then it should be 250 Million Shares )

If the float shows 3 Billion, then they screwed a lot more then eye meets.
