why would you even think that could happen, please tell me what MWIP has. i cannot believe i bought in where i did ?? now i cannot get out. this has nothing but cheer leaders and they do a poor job of that. they don't even know how to pump a stock.!!

IMO,

Likely little difference to share price since any company would buy their debts and liabilities, and then the common shares. Typically on day of sale you would be issued either cash or an equal investment in shares of the new company.

Unlikely fgor MWIP until they clean up their books.
