I agree with you on your insight. I think the immediate play here is the black sand.
It appears that the float will not increase for a while. I've done alot of research on these guys, and IMO, the only new shares that ever hit the float are probably the ones via the debt conversions. Looking through the Q's, it doesn't appear there are any new notes hitting anytime soon. How do we know this? Authorized is about capped out...lol
This stock has the potential of moving hard. I know it sounds crazy, but playing the pre-reverse is the name of the game here.
