YES when it isn't a FACT!!! like I stated before, if they had a signed contract, then they do not need a disclaimer, they have the proof of what they are claiming! if it is in the works or they just spoke but nothing was signed then you have to put a disclaimer because it may not happen! so what KEN put in a PR isn't fact yet! may not ever be or maybe it will? But at the moment you have wishful thinking!
