Ok, that´s the wellknown $ 0.35-statement, without "target-character" IMO ... but the 0.43 is meant as (incredibly high and therefore very unlikeley) pps-target at a certain (IMO incredibly early) date ... however just an alleged (unproofed) info to a poster here ... it may look very attractive but it´s as long a rumor until confirmed and proved through e.g. an email like WANG uses to post them with his dead-on, mostly juicy predictions) ...
