ROGER Federer and Serena Williams headline another action-packed day at the Australian Open.
12.03pm AEDT - KUZNETSOVA COMES OUT GUNNING
Big-hitting Russian Svetlana Kuznetsova is all over 10th seed Caroline Wozniacki in their fourth-round match.
Kuznetsova smacked a whopping 21 winners in a stunning first set to rock the Dane 6-2, although Wozniacki has regrouped and has an early service break to lead 2-0 in the second set.

The much-anticipated battle between former world No.1 Caroline Wozniacki and two-time grand slam champion Svetlana Kuznetsova is living up to its billing early.
Svetlana secured the first break of serve after a marathon 10-minute third game of the match, setting up a short ball with an impossibly-angled crosscourt forehand, then swatting the winner away to take a 2-1 lead.

10.30am AEDT
Good morning and welcome to day 8 from Melbourne Park.
We don't blame you if you're feeling a little sleep-deprived today.
There'll be plenty more highlights today. A week has passed, and that means we're down to the best remaining. Today sees the likes of Federer (night session), Williams, Andy Murray and Victoria Azarenka out there again.
But first up on Rod Laver Arena? Caroline Wozniacki. Otherwise known as Rory McIlroy's girlfriend. She takes on Russian Svetlana Kuznetsova.
We'll take you through all the key moments of that match and every other.
DAY 8 - THE FIVE MATCHES NOT TO MISS:
1. Milos Raonic (Can) v Roger Federer (Sui) Fresh from ousting Australia's remaining hope at the Open, Bernard Tomic, the Swiss master will line-up No.13 seed Milos Raonic for a place in the quarter-finals. The Canadian has met the 17-time Grand Slam champion on three previous occasions, losing all three matches, but this is their first meeting at a major.
2. Gilles Simon (Fra) v Andy Murray (GBR) After triumphing over countryman Gael Monfils in a five-set marathon, a physically drained Simon must now back-up to take on the No.3 seed. Simon has won only once against Murray in their 10 meetings - back in 2007.
3. Jo-Wilfried Tsonga (Fra) v Richard Gasquet (Fra) Vive le Francais. National pride will be on the line in the battle of the top-10 Frenchmen. In seven meetings, Gasquet (four wins) has the edge over Tsonga - just. The pair's seedings - 7th v 9th - also indicate this should be a tight battle.
4. Serena Williams (USA) v Maria Kirilenko (Rus) Williams, the No.3 seed, has dropped only four games so far in three rounds at the Open. Kirilenko, seeded 14th, is within a win of equalling her best result at Melbourne Park, but in five career meetings the Russian has never beaten Williams.
5. Victoria Azarenka (Blr) v Elena Vesnina (Rus) After winning "ugly" in her third-round match, top seed Azarenka will be looking to shore up her Australian Open defence against the unseeded Russian, who has lost her three previous meetings against the World No.1.
