No, I am commenting that there is no 'settlement' of the price paid by Sherman for TGG as only you are stating , nor could there be, because that was never an issue for Relief that the Plaintiffs filed in their Amended Motion.
Nor did QSGI argue, or ask for Relief, of the purchase price of TGG in their Counterclaim.
If Plaintiff's weren't contesting the purchase price, and the Defendants weren't contesting the purchase price they don't 'settle'.
This is really basic stuff here.
While you're at it why don't you throw up a screen shot of that passage of the document if you have it....it would go a long way in proving how something that was never contested became relevant in some sort of settlement process......

Here's the Relief QSGI was looking for in the Counter Claim....doesn't seem there is any mention of purchase price...
But it sure does show that QSGI also was almost entirely focused on the Non-Compete Agreements ....
