5.0% on the 5y Yield is my target over the next 6-12 months. 5.2% on the 10y and 5.5% on the 30y. That is if they maintian this trend and baring any economic forces that might shift the market dynamic.
The current pressure from the Fed on raising their overnight rate may accelerate the trend and send yields up to those targets sooner in that time frame but keeps the Fed rate and interest rates in pace with each other. So I see 5 more rate hikes to come.
