Read the Amended Motion and Relief the original Gasket Guys were asking for in the filed motion.....

....the issue of what QSGI payed for TGG is not considered, or asked for, in the motion by the Plaintiffs....

...So yes....it does not matter in the least what QSGI ended up paying for TGG....they did not ask for that Relief....

.....while the Non-Competitive Agreement is listed as a point in all five items....

....here's a hint....look at the words Plaintiff and Defendant and what is asked for....

...knowing and understanding what was being sought by the Plaintiffs is key to understanding how bad Sherman caved to what they sought....

It is clear the Plaintiffs made it known what was important to their interests......

....it is considered a complete 'smackdown' of Sherman....again.
