I wonder who this could be and why the courts have not shut this down .......and did not shut it down through the whole trial??

(A)....a voidance of Non-Competitive Agreement...
(B)....a voidance of Non-Competitive Agreement
(C)....a voidance of Non-Competitive Agreement...
(D)...judgement Plaintiffs are not in default of Non-Competitive Agreement...
(E)...permanent injunction against Defendants from declaring Plaintiffs in default under the APA, Employment Agreements, Non-Competitive Agreements and prevent them from obtianing employment.....
