MANY OF MY BASKET FRIENDS ARE NOT HAPPY ABOUT THE COMPANY BECOMING PUBLIC AND ARE TALKING ABOUT LEAVING IN A MASS EXODUS IN DROVES!!!!!I AM TALKING ABOUT THOSE WHO HAVE LARGE VOLUMES AND HAVE BEEN WITH THE COMPANY FOR YEARS.THEY FEEL THE COMPANY MAY NOT STAY THE SAME AND HAVE THE HOMEY FEELING THAT IT ALWAYS HAS HAD. CONSIDER THIS...with all the direct sales companies that come under the umbrella, what if some ( and even if a few HEAVY hitters) feel the same way and leave volumes will decrease and cause the company not to have as much volume. I do think that going public may be a good move[color=red][/color], but remember that not everyone in the company will like the change and it WILL take time to adjust. WITHOUT THE SALES FORCE...or a declining one...EVERYONE WILL BE EFFECTED.[/color]
