Moot point. gosy junkbot can't either.

If it could, we'd have seen video demos of these capabilities.

Spencer says the carebot "can" do these things, in hopes that someone will one day purchase a carebot and develop these abilities for his meandering junkbot for him.

He can't do it himself, and to claim the carebot can actually do these things now, at this moment in time, is a serious embellishment intended to mislead investors.
