well, I'm lucky enough to know many Canadians ... many of them are my neighbors during the winter months ...that's why I asked. And of course they are so smart, so reasonable and sane ... AND they believe in Global Warming ... and we can talk about it in a reasonable way that enhances us all ... ;) .. I just Love Canadians ... ;)
