To my knowledge there was no "investor group" involved in the recent offering.

As far as I know there has been no "investor group filing of the preferred shares" made with the state of Nevada and there would be no reason for one to be, but I want to make sure I haven't missed anything. If you think that there has been a filing made relating to the recent offering with NV or the SEC, either by JBI or the investors, that doesn't appear above, please let me know.
