Be cautious of BRNE. It is an obscure offshore company with minimal liquidity. The fact that it's had to file 8 versions of it Form 10 registration statement is bizarre. Presumably the SEC lets a company know what is wrong with its previous filings. Will version 8 be declared effective by the SEC? We'll see.

Yes, I am a bit like you in that regard; I think coal is a good investment. I also like Indonesia so I love Indonesian Coal. I bought today because of the CNBC report today about the shortage of coal in China.

In the past I spoke with the CEO and CFO, both seem to be top-notch to me. Also like OFS Capital Group which has helped them with funding in the past.

Don't know what they aren't Effective yet but it is evident that the SEC is working with them and these addendum's. Hope to see them Effective soon, the Yield sign removed and an upgrade to the QB or QX. Longer term I think they get to NASDAQ or NYSE. I am accumulating when I can.
