What kind of news are you all looking for? I can assure you the people operating this company aren't about to put forth any news until there's something concrete to release. I can say with confidence the level of professionalism we have in place here will prove their worth (there's absolutely no comparison to those who previously ran this company into the ground and mislead the shareholders).
The undertaking in the acquisition of a company takes thorough background investigating, mutiple meetings with the party's management teams, and an established line of credit put in place to purchase the company . The goals set in motion will most likely allow XA to increase their profits two fold by year's end.
When personnel transitions were occuring @ CMGO, they immediately released an 8K. The next 8K will most likely be addressing the status of AE's divvy and shed some light on what's in the works with CMGO/XA. I'm getting tired of repeating myself to people who quite frankly should never have invested in this company if they can't allow progress to be made within the time table needed by new management. Once things get going news will follow, end of story.
