117ny302bxv howdy, in my opinion, Peter should step down from the CEO spot to a VP of sales and marketing spot, and its also very obvious that the company needs to replace its CFO 3+ years to put together an audit is ridiculous.

The problem with Mario's post is that it does carry weight, especially to a bunch of newbies who see him as the IR guy....you know a guy in the know. When a statement of "probable" is made, it could lead a few to add more shares based on the so called "probability" of CFP. I appreciate his clarification of "opinion" vs "fact". Problem is any IR guy probably shouldn't be giving his opinion when he is in a position of "in the know". All the hopes that we have for this company to succeed, gets jacked up even more when we hear things like CFP, Apple coming aboard, ramping up, 145 mil cds copy protected by year end....etc!

All we end up with is a huge LET DOWN and sour feelings towards management and their broken promises and "missed" opinions!
