How many DUIs end up doing time?
Outside of a few days? Not too many.
It increases needed revenue, and keeps the roads safer.
There is no room for irresponsible driving!

DUI testing for phrmaceuticals,
if irratic driving behavior is detected,
and drugs or alcohol is suspected to be the cause?

Today, you can't do that, without driving.
Now they tell you that driving is a privilege.
If you don't walk the line? we'll revoke yor privileges.
And I think, by having to succumb to the threat of losing the privilege of making a living,
by having to donate my blood?
Is an invasion of my rights.
