Noone knows an exact date. It is kind of like asking 'when will brokers stop posting on public financial forums?'. We know it will happen some day but we just don't know the exact date.
The 43-101 is in the hands of the agency writing the report. It has to be reviewed and approved by numerous individuals before it is released back to the company that requests the report.
