these are good points, and quite a few of us have discussed similar theories.
not long ago i was wondering aloud why mason hadn't passed the hat, months ago, among the retail-faithful. he could have netted quite a war-chest of private placements, and at a much higher pps.
that hasn't been the plan, apparently, and if anything management has made decisions that undid moves higher, such as their infamous pre-market RS announcement. the stock gapped down and MMs which had been previously inactive mopped up nearly 5M shares.
they don't seem to want the stock to run, just yet. combine with this mason's obvious silence, and then a consistent large-block accumulation...
and i suspect we will hear some really strong news. shortly.
