You may be correct. However, according to FINRA (I called them) the short sales listed on their website are in fact short sales. I'm certainly no expert. I'm trying to clarify with the facts I have been told by FINRA. I have no dog in this fight, I've had my own questions on this very topic. Many times websites are not updated, so possibly the NASDAQ website may be wrong.
