I would also doubt that the judge will try to differentiate between the bond holders purchase date. Wouldn't that open up a huge can of worms of appeals variety.

Clipper is still in play though way late.

I like the 50% on the bonds.

Chevy thanks for the post, and no disrespect with this post.

You are standing in line to collect the legal tender of $10.00 you found on the street and your labor was bending over just to pick the bill up, and the person behind you has a claim for $10.00 and his claim is for manual work on the project, who do you think the court should pay first, you or the guy who has done the labor?

Does your legal tender get paid first or does the guy that does the work get paid first.

Man, bankruptcy changes everything, each party has a claim, but public opinion would support the guy doing the work over the guy finding the legal tender on the street.

And now the judge in the ATP case, do you think he will favor the guy who found the $10.00 tender on the street or the guy that did the labor on the project.
