BeDeb the only surprise I found and that was with a 2 minute skim of the filing is there massive net interest expense on the debt. I obviously understand they have to pay high interest because of their lack of cash/ability to neg. a cheap rate. The overhang was well expected and thoroughly discussed on this board for weeks. I expected a massive sell off....
