Gentleman, this debate can be easily decided by simply looking in the footnotes that are listed in most audits. Oops, there aren't any. JD, your argument is ridicules. The cash balance they state was as of 6-30-05. How much of this do you think is left on 11-01-05? If you think most of those payables are due sometime in the future, forget it, they're due now or they would be listed as some long term debt or short term note. The company is broke, but that has nothing to do with how well the stock will trade, so buy their stock because it will probably triple over the next few weeks.
