As you read from my post, the ability do direct the same material to have either or +/- charge, quite possibly programmed, caught my attention. Inovative changes modify our lexicon as we move forward. I am amazed that I have used the statement of "Paradigm Shift" twice in 6 months. Quite likely we will be using it more as tech changes.
