VXBX News out. This is awesome news. It will benefit JPHC tremendously as they build there revenues. VXBX is looking to be acquired once they build there subscribers up. The VXBX revenues will not be reported in JPHCs financials. But JPHC can always sell there 50 percent stake to a big partner down the line. This will be huge for JPHC. The kind of revenues there talking within a year are HUGE. JPHC WILL BENEFIT GREATLY FROM THIS




Mr. Prescott, CEO of VoxBox, said: "Infinity is forecasting conservatively, that if 25% of the stores sell one (1) VoxBox/month which would equal 210,000 subscribers in the first year once fully deployed. If Infinity's forecasts are correct based on our lowest subscriber plan of $199.00/year, this could bring our annual revenue up to about $42.0 million a year, or approximately $0.14 a share. This program is being rolled out currently and activating stores weekly."
