possably but i highly doubt they could sell 600 million shares with out the stock droping to .0001 again. plus they have been getting 50 financing so that .003-.004 drops to .0015-.002 fast. so yes its mathically possable but theres o .0001 % chance that they could unload enough on 1 rs and keep control of the company.
I would have to agree with nb3, under your scenario, mitch and rob would loose control of the company, unless they raised the A/s above 5 billion> If that is the case we will see quad zeros. Mitch needs to come up with cash to hold on. and Fast. Besides who would lend them any money against past performance and a reserve that is not proven?
