OT: (EDIT) How is your somewhat new endeavor panning out? wick has been very successful with it as has a very good friend of mine here in Illinois. Maybe not as good as wick, but think he's passed about 6 million this year in individual home sales. With some of them selling as low as the $25,000-$50,000 range he's worked his butt off but loves it.
(EDIT) He hasn't sold his laying on a raft in a swimming pool with his lap-top.
