Zeev, I'm curious about what criteria you use to determine whether to catch a falling knife vs. stepping aside. For example, today you decided to step away entirely from UNA but were prepared to jump in to MERQE (and ORCT the other day). Is it the inherent volitility in a MERQE and ORCT that make bounce plays in those names more likely or is there some other criteria?
