Yes, news is huge. Perhaps the sell off happened because those in the know were expecting this announcement on the 8th and when it didn't happen panic insued. Regardless, company is now half way there to the money they need to get into real revenue. The million dollar money man didn't put up a mil @.27/share if he wasn't confident the other the other mil would be there. It's quite possible he will bank roll that at a later date.
IMO the other ace in the hole is the bribe they gave to the THAI government advisor.
One thing is now for sure and that is the company is going to have lots of good news coming in the future now that they have some funding.
