SEC26, The word "settlement" was nowhere in my post, FYI. IMO, it WOULD be in PB's best interest to settle as I believe CIRC's case would sound real good to a jury...big company bullying smaller company. And, the fact that prior proceedings have gone in CIRC's favor makes me feel even more confident in my position. GLTU, though.
