of course it's not a set number. the number atlanta1 gave was an estimate in a Q filing based on the the share price at the time the filing was issued, and it was nearly the bottom of the chart, around .036 imo.
when the stock rallied to .13 that 900M number got a lot smaller, by a factor of 3.6, which would mean around 300M (or less) instead. split that and it would have been less than 30M shares needed to pay off all convertible debt.
