Those are Constitutional arguments. They won't work.

Remember, the UNITED STATES, INC. isn't a Constitutional Republic.

It's a Corporation. It's all Administrative regulation, not law.

Those arguments are trying to mix jurisdiction and venue.

Thanks for all the information .. these old boys remind of a pack of gypsies .. I was told about when we moved to California .. LOLOLOL .. they were about small groups of men who worked around places where people had money and nice homes ... . lol .... .. and they 'said' they could repair 'anything' ... not only roofs .. but well... anything .. and of course the deal was, they took your money and oooops .. bye bye ... . your garage door had now stopped working completely !!!!! ....AND needless to say your money was gone .. .and the 'his' telephone was no longer in service .......;) but, even with all the stories about them in the papers ... there were STILL people who believed their sales pitch and lost money ... these boys sell 'stuff' ... and if the one who buys the "how to do it" junk .. and IF they - [ do it ]......they are on their way to jail! ... . ah well... there's a sucker born ...........;)
