Herzog has learned to be less careless -- no address provided for National Wealth Int'l. No "SWIFT" paperwork either, like one of Elpiconjob ruses.
We've also learned that just because something is sent through SWIFT information system doesn't mean it has any value whatsoever. It merely means someone had access to this system (such as operator of a failed CDO).
Sending notices through SWIFT allows perpetrators to claim the papers were "issued through" a major bank. Just like claiming bogus papers sent by ail were "delivered by employee of Federally chartered agency to registered depository for the beneficiary".
