I would wait for at least the end of the phase I of the Nassacre, I realize the Dow already reached the target, but a target is just that, the "conditions do not seem right for a substantial counter move. For funds you should really use the end of the Nassacre and that is still a long way off, IMTO. I have gone back to 68% cash (from just above 30% earlier today, when I thought we might have a meanigful bump, which we did not have), which should tell you I am not too sanguine about the market and I still see the risks being high.
