even the worst stocks have huge spikes. total scams often run like crazy. why? because debt holders convert as low as they can, then they get their buddies to stack the bid and push a stock.
not long ago we had a discussion of WDCO, but just about every MM in pennyland is on these runners. in a scam it's called a "dilution run". classic V bottoms with a big plume of volume at the bottom, followed by a spike up in price, then the process repeats.
here, we have the chance of paying off the debt and eliminating all the selling pressure overnight. no self-serving debt holder would sell low once the debt has been paid.
the only question in my mind is "when" will that first loan fund. going by the tape, i'd say we're close. i wonder what "bell-buys" we'll see today?
