if it takes a week to get the non-toxic loans, to refinance and pay off the convertible debt, the OS will top out under 70M. and the debt holders will stop converting if they are due no more shares. instead, they will hang onto the shares they already own, and make $$$$$$ on the resulting bounce.

that's the play down here, for those who are willing to chance it. i am basing my decisions on the tape. plenty of accumulation at these levels.

and another 1.17M shares traded again so far today. who is doing all this buying?
