Boum-Yeah, To help you understand! There is only one step left, FINRA must approve the last S-1/A, which is the final Prospectus for AE.
With this approval FINRA must announce AE's listing with ticker symbol, EX-DATE, AND PAY-DATE.
With this announcement TA must release AE shares to the appropriate MM's into the accounts of the 'Shareholders of Record' 10/26/2012.
