Waitingonviper. In reviewing some my 2004 records on Viper it looks like NextPhase Tech was a company that Viper was associating with but not involved with as a JV or buying. They were a company that was involved with deploying a national WI-FI network through Metro Area "HotZones" which are complete WI-FI broadband zones covering entire metropolitan areas.
