Currently the inventory is extremely low. You have 2 lots with only 4 cars each on them. Sales people have to be jumping ship. They can't be generating many sales at all. Auction numbers have been slipping.
In order to survive they may have to sell some shares.
A stock price of 20 cents implies a market cap of $ 6 million. That is a rich pricing for a company with this kind of performance to my mind. This is a higher market cap than that of CNCN even after its big rise in recent days - a company that expects contracts of $ 12 million or more during the current quarter.
