Fogg, just to clear any misunderstandings up,
Prot as it exists now will still exist just undrr a different name. It will hold the Stomocell element which is extremly valuable and could go into trial mode at any time. If that happens then your existing stock will be at multiples of where it is now.
The BVI corp will be called Prot Inc and will hold the rest of the old company, UMK121 and Protoderm.
Every shareholder of record on Friday evening will get 1 new share in the new for every share they hold in Prot.
Now we all know the trial has started (per Pr) rumour hyas it that its a very short time before they start seeing results.
To me it looks like they are positioning themselves offshore to be more tax efficient in the event of a buy out.
Bottom line, if you want a piece of the new company the way to get it is to own prot by tomorrow close, otherwise you will be buying it in Europe ata much higher price.
Now how high the price will be will depend on the trial but any company in clinical trials can expect to trade between 50m and 100m. you can do the math.
All this does not take into account the other trials they mentioned that would start, the heart and cancer.. if these go ahead then you can again add multiples to the share price.
All in all you are looking at a company with a trial underway and 2 new trials pending and its trading at a value of $10m.. CRAZY
Also to ease peoples concerns, all good brokers can change the GXG however I feel the GXG is just a stepping stone for a higher exchange where they will do their funding... The exchanges above the GXG are marginable... Small float, Marginable accounts, 3 trials running = massive price.
