What magnifies the risk here is the fact Vringo currently has around a $340 million dollar market cap. Something unexpected happens with Judge unpredictable like laches nobody saw coming and we are sitting up so high with a large market cap...that could be like being stuck out in a sh&t storm without an umbrella.
