Yes, that is the beauty of the Peter Matousek misleading PR's. He has never said DKGR has produced the oil. If he did, it would be a statement of fact in the public domain for which he can be held accountable and liable. Same with selling and revenue. If those events were, in fact, to have taken place then they have to be reported to regulatory agencies at the state and federal level, neither of which has ever happened with DKGR.
