wshaw14, Yes, the approval of the S-1
came as a big surprise to some.
Quite a few people thought it would never get through but it did.
Now some people said shareholders will never see the Spin-off shares, wait & see.
After all, Ken spent so much time & effort to get the S-1 approved, for what ? I believe it is for BVIG shares to be in good hands since KATX is contaminated by so much IOU's, not good at all.
So I say the S-1 was an excellent move by Ken.
Now with the S-1 approved, let see what the SEC do about all the KATX IOU's.
Will be very interesting.
